ends gather a lot of dirt and bacteria, sweat, build up products, they get tangly when unwashed and overall it’s better to let them catch the shampoo as it goes down anyway

hi, hairdreser student here, this isnt "better" for your ends shampoos cleans yuk that stays both at the roots and the ends, the only difrence is how often ypu clean your hair since it can be bad for your scalp and even worse if you dont use anything to put back the oils your skin needs and the shampoo removed. please dont spread fake info
