My eye twitches all the time and I have found recording it will make it stop! It’s not a long term solution but it gives some momentary relief

Girlllll when I started working at ulta my left eye would twitch non stop. I stopped worked there and it would twitch randomly but not as much and now it doesn’t twitch anymore after I got my wisdom teeth removed lol but idk what made it stop.

Go to the eye doctor get your eyes checked you need glasses. That’s it. Mine was twitching for two years. I went to the eye doctor, and he said it was twitching because my eye was working too hard. One of your eyes is weirder than the other.
