Congrats! Might be a good idea to go around and double check some nuts to make sure you tightened everything over the 2yrs. I have let the excitement get the best of me on my projects and did the same thing. If you aren’t checking your nuts what are you even doing.

Disconnect the vacuum line from the distributor and cap it temporarily and set the timing between 10 and 12 degrees advance and get a vacuum gauge to set the carburetor. reconnect the vacuum advance on the distributor.
