I've been cpr certified for 15 years, taken countless cpr courses, and I've never once heard anyone address AED application on a woman and how it might be different from a man, never once seen a female mannequin before, thanks for sharing this!

2025 AHA guidelines state it is acceptable to move the bra and prioritize pad placement not wasting time cutting off the bra FYI

I’m first aid/CPR/AED certified, our instructors told us about the whole stigma with intervening when it’s a girl vs. a guy and i just hate it so much.

I was a lifeguard years ago and one of the guards used one of these and the lady actually took him to court obviously she did not win but it was still traumatic for a teen to worry he did something wrong going off training that we had.
