There was me trying to work out where London gateway services were. I knew it was on the M1. I just discovered that it's inside the M25. I spend a lot of time outside the M25 but good to know where parking is.

I know what I've been meaning to ask you..when your parked up for the night I know the heating is a separate unit but how good is it at keeping you warm and I'm assuming the cabs are insulated in some way.

It was from that service, London Getaway, that I went on a tourist tour of the center of London for the first time. I was late on Friday for loading to Slovenia and had to wait until Monday. I walked to Edgware station, about 2 miles and took the Northern line to Embankment station and from there everything is close, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly circus, Trafalgar square... I got back to the truck dead tired.
