You can make a soft steel knife just as sharp as a hardened steel knife . The difference is how long. They stay sharp

Making a knife Sharp is easy. You can hand me a crescent wrench and I will put a sharp edge on it enough to slice paper the same way. The real test is how long does that blade stay sharp?
