I've learned just let it stay until it's over and then try to work it off later. Not that it really matters because I have good undergarments and then I have a couple bad ones I use specifically for this occasion.

maybe cloth pads would be better? no glue, but the ones with wings have a snap (they're reusable as well)

The months following my nexaplanon with the irregular spotting… every single pad decided to superglue itself to my underwear to the point they would rip as I was pulling it off. 🧍‍♀️like bruh. I think I threw away a pair because the sticky wing just wouldn’t come off.
