@milknhoneynutrition: Dark chocolate is made with a high percentage of cocoa solids (often 70–90%), while milk chocolate has much more sugar and milk and much less cocoa. Since the fiber lives in the cocoa solids, more cocoa = more fiber. #diabetes #darkchocolate #bloodsugar #type2 #fiber
I was disappointed to find out that the vast majority of things labeled “dark chocolate” at the grocery store still don’t have more than 1g of fiber. Basically only the sugar free versions :(

Asking for clarity - the saturated fat in a serving is a lot. Is this worth it? Just asking to understand better

Pls address misconception being pushed by ignorant influencers that in type II DM eating large sugar or carb loads and correcting with insulin is harmless. You and I know that Normal glucose numbers short term do not mean metabolic safety; beta-cell stress and inflammation persist. Please help explain the truth.

FYI check all your chocolate especially dark as some Lilly's too has high levels of toxic cadmium & lead. Health issues for kidneys liver & brain. 🙏🏽
