I had the beginning stage, gingivitis, told at the beginning of the year. I have been consistently flossing more than twice, waterpiking, 3-4 times a week I use a mouth wash in my waterpik! Obviously brush 2 times a day. So far it has been well managed, i’m very happy doing it and changing for the better i’m so glad I went to the dentist after years of not going 😊
