Im from Chicago and my family always ate chili with macaroni pasta. Or shells. But Skyline chili is… different. Not just because of the spaghetti.

I don't have a penny to my name but you're phenomenal and our local favorite chili spots are more spaghetti noodles with a Greek inspired chili sauce on top, covered by shredded cheddar cheese, not really 'chili'. Don't think about it, just enjoy it. If it's a texture issue I get it, but flavor won't be a problem if you try any of the local places and I hope you do!

The “chili” in Cincinnati chili is a version of the original Greek “saltsa kima.” It’s NOT the same as the chili that originated in Texas.
