You are supposed to spin the wheel the other way. Makes it easier to cut because it pushes the bread down vs pushing it up

I can’t get mine to stay still on the counter no matter how many times I pressed down the suction cups. And I can’t get mine to grab the bread that smoothly it pinches it at first.
