If your snoring comes with pauses, choking or gasps, restless tossing, morning headaches, dry mouth, or you wake up feeling unrefreshed, that’s not just annoying, that’s a red flag for sleep apnea and flow limitation. if i had to guess i’d say Mike has an AHI north of 60 meaning he likely stops breathing for 10-30 seconds 60 times and hour.
