I also learned thru a natural doctor that when you’re oozing not to wipe it off because it has enzymes your skin needs to heal, idk the accuracy behind it but I think it helped as well

I use a red light therapy panel from Amazon that I got for $40. It has near infared as well and I feel the heat from it. I feel like it helped my skin heal and return back too normal faster than most things I tried. So there is cheap panels that actually work if your on a budget. I just made sure to buy one with red and near infrared

Needed this video. Told the dermatologist I was terrified of TSW told me I wouldnt be on it long enough…… Welp here I am going through TSW he said I wouldnt be. So I’m Currently doing NMT & I see a difference
