Wisconsinite here traveled to California for the first time in November 2025. Stayed in Santa Cruz and drove up to San Francisco for the day and enjoyed it so much. Golden Gate Park and fisherman’s wharf and Chinatown were wonderful. I never felt unsafe and people were so friendly. I loved it and I want to come back soon
