I work for a giant corporation that’s going all in on AI. I handle MORE inquiry calls than before AI started “helping” handle calls, not less. It’s just absolute garbage tech and the bubble cannot pop fast enough

I dont answer at all until I hear an actual person. I was told to do this by people who work at McDonald's and taco bell that doing this actually messes up the AI "training" as the computer doesn't hear the customer and issues an error in the program that needs to be checked out
