@avocandreatoast: quick breakfast shakshuka that's nourishing & filling!! 🍅🍳 • shakshuka recipe: - 1 tbsp olive oil - 5 tomatoes - 1/2 white onion - 1 orange bell pepper - 1/4 red onion - 3 eggs - 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp parsley - 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning • Sauté the tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper in olive oil until they’re cooked down. Season and then make small wells and add the eggs. Cover with a lid until they’re halfway cooked (the eggs will continue to cook off the heat). Top with EBTB seasoning.
