Honestly for us, it was one of the worst ramen places we went to. The flavor was bland and everything was expensive. We had the shoyu and seafood ramen. We also had the buns and the chicken karage. The pork was overly salty and our chicken was chewy and soft. The opposite of what we expected. It could have been a bad day. But if you’re already in the area, I recommend Sukiya Ramen!

In Japanese culture, picking the bowl up and drinking the broth is a sign to the chef that you’re really enjoying the broth. Slurping the broth further confirms your like for the broth so go for it next time.

This is my son's friend's family that owns this restaurant. Wonderful people. When the kids show up from school they'll let them have a boba. *They do not offer free BOBA.

Fun fact slurping your ramen and picking up the bowl is considered polite and encouraged in Japan. It’s a sign the food is good so no need for the spoon method in the future
