you probably have but you never know , have you tried dovobet gel ? I know the doctors didnt wamt to give it to me as was over £1 a gram but honestly took it away completely

i just keep a bottle of Betamethasone valerate 0.1% scalp application handy and use it during flair ups other wise I use polytar once every 2 weeks does the job

yeah im losing faith in shampoos i have had that many even polytar doesnt seem to be doing the job anymore 🤦

have you ever tried pine tar shampoo ?? I got it from amazon and its amazing .... it proper stinks so you will need a good conditioner but my head is flake free for the first time in years

ask a dermatologist to prescribe one of the new biologics thats available, psoriasis is an autoimmune problem which is exactly what the biologics are made for. I dont think your GP can give them to you it has to be a consultant, I have psoriatic arthritis, (PsA) and get mine direct from my consultant
