@wregnewschannel3: A visually impaired horse that was saved from a frozen pond last week is now recovering at Memphis Animal Services. Joey, the horse that fell through a frozen pond in Shelby County last week, was rescued by the Disaster Animal Response Team (DART) on Jan. 26. “He’s very sweet boy. He’s got a mind of his own, he definitely tells us when he’s ready to eat,” said Jessie Sidle, customer care supervisor, Memphis Animal Services. #wreg3memphis #wregnewschannel3 #wreg
