I truly didn’t believe this would do anything to me but I was completely relaxed and went deep and could perfectly see my younger self and feel the anxiety she had and I, as I am now, hugged her and said it is ok, you are ok, and you will make it. And I felt the hope in my younger self. And came back calm. Thank you.
