Replying to @EAISY MANYANGO — Made these for FB but here’s you go. 😁 : The only Fishball Recipe you need to try : Made from a well-seasoned fish batter and formed into flavorful balls : Here’s what I used : * 4 salmon fillets, rinsed, pat dry and chopped finely — I used food processor but you can chop them by hand * 1/2 cup breadcrumbs * 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning * 1 teaspoon onion powder * 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder * 1 teaspoon roasted garlic paste * 1 teaspoon dill, dried * 1/2 of each color bell pepper, finely chopped — I used two colors bell peppers and chopped in food processor * 1 habanero pepper/hot pepper * 3 scallion stalks * 1 tablespoon flour * 1 egg * 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce * 1 teaspoon salt-free lemon pepper seasoning * Pinch of real salt to taste * Pinch of black pepper to taste * 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil * Vegetable oil for deep frying — cook in air fryer if desired *** Adjust all seasonings to taste : These homemade Fish-Balls are easy to make and require only simple ingredients. Generally, you can use any type of fish to make fish balls. But the ideal type to use is the ones with fewer bones and more gelatin. You can have fresh ones or use frozen ones. Frozen fillets are, of course, the easier choice. Here are some common fishes normally used for making fish balls: * mackerel * Salmon * sole * cream dory * tilapia * Red snapper I used fresh skinless salmon fillets to make mine and it turned out great. If using fresh whole fish, just fillet them, scrape the flesh of the skin using a spoon then remove any bones. You can also season the fish and steam it just enough to get the flesh off the bones, and then mash it up with your hands. ** To bake: Bake in a preheated eat 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until cook through ** To air fry: Air fry in a preheated air fryer at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until cook through : #tiktokfood #comfortfood #cookingvideo #fishballs #salmonrecipe #charlottetok #charlottenc #liberiantiktok🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷
