@build__her: 📍 JINYA Ramen Bar – Downtown Colorado Springs I had to try Jinya because so many of you recommended it and while I’m still saving my night ramen thoughts 👀🍜, I want to talk about something that truly stood out here: the customer experience 👏🏻 The staff was incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming some of the best service I’ve had downtown in a long time. The vibe inside is cozy, dark, and elevated, but still very social… the kind of place you want to linger with friends and drinks! Now for the food honesty 🫶 The ramen itself wasn’t my ultimate favorite I felt like it needed a bit more flavor. They do provide garlic you can squeeze in, which helped, but if you’re a spice lover, I’d definitely recommend ordering it as hot as possible. No matter what though, add an egg it was tasty! That said… the Jinya bun? SO flavorful. Absolutely LOVED it. The spicy tuna on crispy rice was a major hit with the girls I went with, and my sister said the edamame was really good too! Apps for the win 🥇 Dessert talk 🍵👇 Everyone hyped the matcha tiramisu, but it wasn’t for me, it leaned more earthy than dessert-forward, so I don’t think I’d order it again! Would I come back? For the vibe, service, apps, and drinks-yes!! For ramen? I’d tweak my order next time!
