@dirtbagrunner: Come on my first run of Ironman training with me!! This was actually my first official run back from my marathon on Jan 18th which was at sea level. I’m at just about 3,000 ft in Idaho and I definitely felt the elevation and the cold lol! So excited for my swim tomorrow.
