IF YOURS FELL APART, I had that happen one time! I figured it was one of two things. I either didn’t add enough cornstarch to potatoes ratio, so the next time I added a tbsp to two tbsp more. The second was I thought my oil wasn’t hot enough, I kept it high and was careful to keep an eye on them to not burn! I’m so sorry this happened, I hate wasted ingredients. I hope you try again soon and if you do please let me know! 🫶🏻😫
