Borgarfjörður Eystri Puffin Rock is donation-based, easy to access, and packed with puffins during the season. I skipped a paid puffin tour and put my money toward a helicopter experience instead, and I’d make the same choice again. If you’re already driving to Seyðisfjörður, keep going east.
