Might work when they first appear I had two bunion surgeries so this would never have helped me. I would have tried when I first noticed though bc that surgery is no joke.

I have toe separators and I can’t wear them for long- reminds me of when I had braces and the dentist would tighten them and you couldn’t sleep for days😭.
