The police databases , which hold incredible amounts of information, are far too accessible to any cop. The files need to be better tracked like health records are. Dirty cops and scary men have access to far too much info on the public with zero oversight

If these police officers were doing illegal activity and earning money then it would affect their behavior and lifestyle. How hard it is for their colleagues to notice this? If there are senior officers involved, would york police department fight? I think this case may die slowly.
