The Straits of Hormuz is 100% in the TERRITORIAL WATERS of Iran and Oman - NOT International Waters: 1). The Right of Navigation was established by the UN, but since the US and Israel ignore international laws, so can Iran. 2). Iran NEVER ratified UNCLOS and has ALWAYS asserted it's right to control the Straits of Hormuz like many Waterways are controlled, including Turkish Straits, Danish straits, Suez Canal, Panama Canal, Saimaa Canal, Lawrence Seaway and Great Lakes. 3). A 1% toll isn't economically significant and Iran needs the funds to rebuild after being illegally attacked by the US and Israel. 4). The US needs to LEAVE NOW and let Hormuz be reopened again. 5). Countries that sanction Iran, including the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Japan, are barred from the straits. Long Live Iran 🇮🇷 and the RESISTANCE! Go Iran 🇮🇷 Palestine 🇵🇸, Lebanon 🇱🇧 , Syria 🇸🇾 , Iraq 🇮🇶 and Yemen 🇾🇪 !
