This is wrong on so many levels if you are a male cop and need to search a women you either explain what you need to do and ask if she is okay with it or you call a female cop and second of all you don’t even know if the she doesn’t have some ptsd or something and you are just traumatizing her further. Police officers and so on should be more aware this is abuse of power and this behavior would have send me in a mental hospital with my cptsd. It’s not right. You don’t just touch people like that…. Especially if you are opposite gender just because you are a cop doesn’t mean you are not supposed to have humanity and empathy.

Why?? There's def more to this story. YOU call the cops because YOU were rear ended, they handcuff, search you and arrest you for DUI even though those tests said No substances? Then you drop your suit against them? Nahhhh, not buying it cops either had some probable cause to arrest her or she's def hiding something. if you were completely innocent as it was stated in video, attorney wouldn't advise you to drop suit and why would you want to?
