I'm 56. I did get bit by cat early 80's. was strapped down 2x daily for rabie shots. i had shots 2x daily for 2 weeks. the CRAZY cat was caught, put down, & positive for rabies! I was LUCKY i got shots so early & when I did. I never looked like that or hospitalized.

there's no such cat or dog being born with rabies. It depends if that animal is infected
