88.9% Fisher man soup. The real fisherman soup does not need snails it's a real seafood soup readily available to the Fisherman. Achi is okay, but cocoyam or garri is better as thickener. To use the cocoyam you boil first then pound with a touch of palm oil then use when you soup is boiling, for the garri sieve first sock in water before adding. That's what we the fishermen use at our fishing camps we don't see Achi or any other thickener but garri and cocoyams that are always at our beck and call. But besides you snail for the township fisherman soup you're great. Weldon
