My GYN told me years ago, wash your undies separately from everything else. And by all means never with socks! Wash them in hot water, and use Dreft, or another unscented and dye free detergent, and no fabric softener. Put them through the rinse cycle twice. Then dry them on high heat, and no dryer sheets!

I'm a man but I've watched the whole video 😅 replace the softener with a bit of white vinegar. that vinegar should not have additives or anything else. just vinegar. it'd remove any soap or whatever in your laundry.
