County deputies where I live would have shot him no doubt! One of thier guys shot a little fur ball dog they said was about 6 pounds off the sidewalk right in front of the owner in a residential neighborhood with a .45! I moved here to work for another agency in a bordering county, but volunteered for them a short time. I saved 3 dogs from them by yelling at them not to shoot them and stepping out front to greet the dogs! Any idiot could tell they posed no threat by thier manurisms, just like this beautiful pup! I hated most of them! We just were not the same! 😬
