Spoke to GamCare last night, deleted all the apps this morning around 4am. Was only £85 lost, but after getting up to £800 then losing it all, I realised that’s enough.

The worst addiction, silent killer, you don't show up drunk or high, just broken inside so nobody knows your afflicted. Lost hundreds of thousands over the years, permanently in debt, until I die. No win is ever enough and Gamstop has limited effect, can't walk into a local bookies but I travel for work so have the whole of the UK as a playground. Motorway services are the worst, can lose thousands and then get back in a car and drive at 70mph while your head is a mess. This will never be a happy ending for me.

It hurts a lot .. it s literally depressing .. i had a big win of 10k .. and for me that s extremely huge.. i had so much plans with those money … it took me 3 months to lose all of that and a couple hundred more from my money.. it is eating you alive

Dont know if it would make much difference, but cash machines/ATM's should 100% not be allowed inside a casino or bookies. Should also be introducing some kind of transactional limit when using a debit card in casinos. Something like an account freeze if there are more than 5 transactions to a gambling merchant ID for a number of hours
