From the moment you walk in, you’re met with an elegant, moody cocktail lounge paired with elevated dining energy—chic, warm, and inviting. It’s giving NYC without going to the city 🍸 The LOLA partnered with Chef Brandon “Bud” Carter (current chef at Olea in Spring Lake and former chef at Butcher’s Block) to design a steak, pasta, and seafood-forward menu—and it absolutely delivered. Every dish felt intentional, balanced, and beautifully executed.
