pull cable out of guitar and tap the end. hear something? amp is good... guitar has issue. don't hear anything? problem with amp.

it's where you plug your cord in it needs to be taken out probably tighten or maybe you might need to get it replaced anytime I had problems like that I would always replace the plug in and maybe get a new Seymour Duncan

Sounds like a guitar problem more than an amp problem, the amp hums when you unplug the guitar

The GUITAR is the issue NOT the AMP! Because It’s still making the buzzing noises when you touch the end of the cable. You probably have a damaged the output jack, which do wear pretty easily.
