I honestly understand why people don't like S3 because it all pays off in the final episodes, so then when you go back you start to appreaciate and understand that everything you watched had a point. In some moments you start to feel a bit overwhelmed and feel that nothing is making sense, but then everything starts to click and it's just too good.
