@_lacebakes_: Focaccia Slab Sandwiches. A quick and easy option for feeding a crowd! 🏈 Covered focaccia board is linked in my bio or in my “holidays bakes” highlights button. It’s quite self explanatory but here is how to do it…cut your entire slab of focaccia horizontally and pile high with the spreads and toppings of your choosing. Once the slab is assembled, simply cut to desired size and serve alongside some salads and you have yourself an easy peasy party spread. I find each slab yields 15-16 smaller sandwiches (cut 3x5 or 4x4) or 8-10 full sized sandwiches (cut 2x4 or 2x5).
