The worst experience ever in an airport ? Two sets of machines to go through fingerprints the lot - not one member of staff can speak English 😳 when you need help

Departing from this airport is a nightmare! Passport control is so bad and then they change your gate right before you board 😭😂

It was the most easy thing to do. All you have is the computer but with your finger prints. And then go through the e gates. Took me 5 mins.

Landed yesterday, it was so quick. Nothing like this at all. Absolutely no queue. Thank God.

Make sure when yous come back to go through to the gate straight away, we were flying with Ryanair to Newcastle and we’re now stranded. Stood at passport control for 3 hours. 37 of us are now waiting 6 hours just to get to Glasgow 😂
