I want to start by saying that I’m not encouraging anyone to get plastic surgery ❌—this was a deeply personal decision that I’ve been thinking about for YEARS. I’ve wanted this since I was 13, and after a lot of research and finding the right doctor, I finally felt ready to take this step for myself. As a mom, it’s so easy to put yourself last and focus entirely on your kids. After trying to get pregnant again… (we were hoping for another baby), but it just wasn’t happening, I realized maybe it was time to do something for me—something I’ve wanted and dreamed of for so long. This journey hasn’t been easy. I was so scared and anxious leading up to this. Hoping that I will love my results and also scared of the pain that comes with it. Recovery has been rough, and I am so sore, but I know it’s all part of the process.
