I mean their opinions would be a bit more valid if they actually went out and bought those albums 😭 I just released a new album and instead of pushing streams I’ve been trying to sell CDs and it’s a staggering difference in support, financially and emotionally.

sales stopped mattering the minute music went digital. real artist measured their motion in how many people went out and bought their record first week, now a days you can have a robot simulate 1,000 streams
