This just what I've been doing since I read the Epstien files: I realized for me the mind made self/ego isn't my enemy or even the problem. Now I am almost constantly love bombing my human/ego. I say 'I love you so much' every few seconds in my mind. Then I feel the love feeling in my chest. I imagine it is the God/Source self telling the human that. Sending unconditional love. It has changed my life. Instead of fighting and trying to ignore the ego, I'm healing her. I also tell her how amazing she is and that I appreciate her letting me experience this life through her body. It helps me to be in the moment as the awareness. Our humans really are incredible. What a gift. Also , since I'm constantly talking to the Self like this, I talk to others more kindly too. Lots of praise, gratitude and appreciation. Love really is the answer to lifes problems
