I made this for for my fiance's birthday and my family absolutely loved it. I didn't make the toppings because he just likes plain cheesecake. I swapped the vanilla bean paste for vanilla bean pods that I scraped the seed out of. This was absolutely perfect!!! Thanks for sharing!!!!!
