The software development life cycle should be foundational knowledge for people. You need to plan, design, develop, test, deploy and maintain iteratively. You should have all relevant requirements and specifications documents. Also - look at the code. It’s not rocket science and the ai is there to explain.

I use a workflow requirement document first and I always start a new chat after halfway through the context window due to context rot. But that’s going to go away before the end of the year.

Basic prompt engineering is good but configuring agents and skills so that you can just call your agent to build an app and it goes through and asks all the clarifying questions is better.
