@millsboss95: Recently, my computer out of nowhere started, shattering and lagging really badly. I have updated my drivers. I’ve updated my chipset drivers. I’ve updated my bios. I have scanned for viruses and corrupt files. I have done an sanity check with my settings. I have also re-allocated the proper amount of RAM to my Minecraft, which is eight gigs when I used to have 10 gigs in hopes that that would help it did not. If you know a lot about PCs, please help.##help#laggy#Minecraft#gaming#fyp
how much RAM you have dedicated? and does the problem stay if you turn off shaders?

Only idea is to check Vsync, weirdly on Minecraft with some mods/shaders having it off or on killed my framerate randomly before.

Do you have a microcenter near you? If so they could run a diagnostics on it and maybe find the problem

Have you tried to allocate more RAM in the Minecraft launcher? Usually it only allocates 4GBs of RAM.

Even with a good PC and those graphics and shaders the longer you play on your world or with those uses up more ram so in the Minecraft launcher, you can watch a video and a guy talks about how you can dedicate more of your ran towards Minecraft

it’s the mods, unless u got a good ass pc the longer you play the world the laggier it’s gonna get. u can try turning down your simulated chunks but it’ll eventually come back as u keep playing
