( or until a toothpick comes out clean ) ( also you will have batter left over ) tres leches soak: three milk soak: 1 can evaporated milk 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 ½ cup whole milk (360g) 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g) whisk together the milks and vanilla and set aside in the refrigerator until you're ready to use. once the cake is done, let cool completely. then poke holes into the cake with a fork and pour the milk mixture over until the cake is evenly saturated. let cool for about 4 hours. chocolate whipped cream: 3 cups heavy whipping cream(cold) (720 g) ½ cup powdered sugar (60 g) ( add to taste ) ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (45 g) 1½ tsp vanilla extract (7 g) pour everything into a bowl & mix until you get stiff peaks, spread evenly onto cake and put excess into a piping bag to do decorations!
