I am the least spiritual person I know. diagnosed autistic and ADHD. I just cannot get behind religion and spiritual stuff. I just don't get it. it doesn't seem logical to me. I do understand there are plenty of things science is yet to understand but that doesn't mean if we don't understand why there is a correlation it is something devine. I default to there is a scientific explanation for everything and we may (or may not) learn that one day. hence why I don't personally connect with spiritual stuff.

Interestingly enough this is what drew me to medicine. Learning about the basic rules for electron behavior in basic chemistry kickstarted this weird intertwining of spirituality and science where I began to view the world as patterns of energy repeating themselves on every scale. The knowledge I gain from the path to becoming a physician will help me understand how this energy manifests in physical form. I’m just really glad I’m able to accept both science and spirituality to such degrees.

I don’t know what I think spirituality is.. not worked it out yet , but I am drawn towards subjects and phenomenon around it, and enjoy dissecting things from a bigger picture aspect 😊
