It’s all about your body position!! 💩Yoga blocks, squatty potty, books, or whatever under your feet to raise your knees up above your hips. 💩Phone down! 💩Knees in, ankles out opens the bottom of the pelvis. 💩Lean forward and round lower back. 💩On the inhale breathe air down and out allowing pelvic floor to drop and release. Exhale and repeat as many times needed. DON’T RUSH!! 💩Constipation is a discomfort. It is a GREAT opportunity to disconnect from social media to focus on breathing and mind set. 🚽Great position for labor as well to help your pelvis open up for your baby and dilate!! 👊🏻PRACTICE!
