Surgery does not take away the years of dedication and hard work you have put in. There is only a problem with surgery when it is undisclosed and used to push training programmes etc, something I truly believe that you would never do!!

I have to disagree with you about the diastis recti as no amount of correct lifting is going to fix it. Surgery is only solution
