Washing your hair is actually pretty easy! Just put a chair next to your kitchen sink and put your knee on the chair as you wash. You are stable and can wash and condition as long as you want!

I broke my ankle on 1/18 while sledding, a week later went threw surgery, now I am waiting to hove my screws removed in March. It is hard, losing my independence and srlf confidence, grateful for all the help but still feeling down.

Hope u are doing good! I broke my ankle rock climbing 1/18 and had to get surgery. But the same thing happened where they didn’t see that it was broken and then took an xray of my whole calf at the ortho and were like… uh 😭

So sorry. I just had surgery for my ruptured achielles. Fell within 5 minutes of arriving to our mountain getaway. Here for you. Get all the things in advance like shower chair, shower sleeve, scooter and recovery pillow for elevation. We even rented a wheelchair for a month with leg elevation

Girl I also broke my ankle sledding back on 1/31 🤦🏻♀️broke both bones and had surgery 2/12. 3 plates and many screws. Still non weight bearing for another 4 weeks. The struggle has been real but we will get through this!!
